The Bank of Decisions of the Commercial Courts service provides a possibility to view all decisions of the commercial courts. This service ensures a centralized collection and posting of wordings of judicial acts passed by the commercial courts of constituent units of the Russian Federation and by the courts of appeal and cassation (which are posted in the system in such categories, as "Decision", "Appeal Resolution" and "Cassation Resolution").
Currently, the Bank of Decisions of the Commercial Courts contains over thirteen million six hundred thousand judicial acts, and the system receives over ten thousand documents every day. The core advantages and opportunities of the Bank of Decisions of the Commercial Courts are as follows:
- a possibility of the search by various categories:
- the case number, names of the parties in the case and dispute category;
- search by the judicial act wording;
- storage of acts in the two-layered Adobe PDF format (image and text);
- complete access to all decisions of the trial courts (this option is ensured by none of the existing information-and-legal systems of Russia);
- judicial acts are published in automated mode, which intensifies protection of the system against the outside aggressive interferences, both foreign and domestic;
